How to rotate and reorder PDF pages

Choose a PDF. Every page appears as a thumbnail.
Rotate single pages with the buttons under them, or use Rotate all.
Drag pages into a new order, or use the arrow buttons. Remove pages you do not need.
Press Save PDF to download the edited copy.

Made a mistake? "Undo all changes" puts every page back where it started, with its original rotation.

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. All editing happens in this browser tab and the file never leaves your device.

Is the rotation permanent?

Yes. The saved PDF opens with the new rotation in every reader, on any device. The original file is not changed.

Does rotating or reordering reduce quality?

No. Pages are copied as they are, so text, images, and links are unchanged. Only the page order and rotation setting change.

Can I add pages from another PDF?

Use Merge PDF to combine the files first, then open the result here to arrange the pages.
