How to insert pages into a PDF

  1. Choose the PDF you want to add pages to. Its pages appear as thumbnails.
  2. Pick what to insert: blank pages, pages from another PDF, or images. Choose where they go.
  3. Press Insert. The new pages show up in the strip, marked as inserted. Drag them or use the arrows to fine-tune the order.
  4. Press Save and download.

Inserted pages can be moved or removed before you save. To join whole files in order, use Merge PDF. To take pages out, use Delete & Extract PDF Pages.

Questions

Is my PDF uploaded?

No. Pages are added inside this browser tab. Your files never leave your device.

How big is a blank page?

By default it matches the page next to it, so a blank page between two A4 pages is A4. You can also pick A4 or US Letter.

Can I add a whole PDF in the middle of another?

Yes. Choose "Pages from a PDF", pick the file, leave the range as all pages, choose where it goes, and press Insert. To simply join files end to end, Merge PDF is quicker.

Can I add photos or scans as pages?

Yes. Choose Images, pick JPG, PNG, WebP, or other pictures, and each one becomes a page. Fit it onto A4, Letter, the neighbouring page size, or a page the exact size of the image.
