- Choose your PDF.
- Pick Several pages per sheet and 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, or 16 pages, or pick Booklet. Choose the sheet size, margins, and borders.
- Press Make PDF, check the preview, and download.
With the sheet orientation on Automatic, the tool picks portrait or landscape and the grid that makes your pages as large as possible.
Questions
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The pages are rearranged in your browser and the file never leaves your device.
How do I print a booklet?
Make the booklet, then print the new PDF double-sided with “flip on short edge”. Stack the sheets in order, fold them in half, and staple along the fold. The page count is rounded up to a multiple of 4 with blank pages.
Does it keep text selectable?
Yes. Pages are placed as scaled copies, not pictures, so text stays sharp, searchable, and selectable.
What if my pages are different sizes?
Each page is scaled to fit its slot and centered. The layout is calculated from the first page, so a mix of sizes may leave extra white space.
Which order are the pages placed in?
Left to right, then top to bottom, by default. Choose Fill top to bottom first to go down each column instead.
