How to edit a photo online
- Choose a photo, or drop it onto the box.
- Pick a filter for a quick look, or move the sliders for light, color, and detail.
- Turn on Compare with the original and drag the divider to check your changes.
- Choose JPG, PNG, or WebP and press Download.
Exposure and brightness change how light the whole photo is. Highlights and shadows let you recover a bright sky or dark faces without touching the rest. Warmth and tint fix a yellow or blue color cast. Photos from phones are shown the right way up and saved that way.
Questions
Is my photo uploaded?
No. The adjustments are calculated inside your browser tab, in a background worker. The photo is never sent to a server.
Is the saved photo full size?
Yes. You edit a smaller preview so the sliders stay fast, then the same settings are applied to the original pixels when you press Download. The saved file has the same width and height as your photo.
Which format should I save in?
JPG makes the smallest files for photos. PNG is lossless but large. WebP is smaller than JPG at similar quality, though a few older apps cannot open it.
Can I undo a change?
Yes. Undo and Redo step through your edits, and Reset puts every slider back to zero. Choosing a filter counts as one edit, and you can still fine-tune the sliders afterwards.
Does it keep the location data in my photo?
No. The edited copy is drawn fresh on a canvas, so EXIF data such as GPS location and camera model is not carried over.
