How to make QR codes in bulk

  1. Paste one link or text per line, or switch to CSV and paste or open a file with a header row.
  2. For CSV, pick the column with the content and, if you want, the column to use as the file name.
  3. Choose the error correction level and colors, which apply to every code.
  4. Download a ZIP of PNG or SVG files, or a PDF label sheet with 2, 3, or 4 codes per row.

For a single code with a size slider, use the QR Code Generator. Codes for data other than links, such as Data Matrix or PDF417, are in the 2D Barcode Generator.

Questions

Is my list uploaded anywhere?

No. The codes are drawn and zipped in your browser, so the links, names, and files never leave your device.

How do I name the files?

Switch to CSV with header, then choose which column holds the content and which holds the file name. Without a name column the files are numbered, for example qr-001-example.com-product-1001.png. Duplicate names get a number added.

How many codes can I make at once?

Up to 500 per run. That keeps the ZIP and the browser memory small. Split a longer list into several runs.

Which download should I use?

Use the PNG ZIP for documents and websites, the SVG ZIP for print and design tools because it stays sharp at any size, and the PDF label sheet when you want to print many codes on a page and cut them apart.

Can I give every code the same logo or style?

The colors and error correction apply to every code in the batch. For one-off codes, the QR Code Generator has the same options with a live preview.
